Workshops in France provides fabulous painting workshops and art retreats in France, Italy and Scotland. We offer instructed workshops and uninstructed art retreats.

Our mission is to bring artists together in wonderful destinations to be inspired by their surroundings and the creativity that comes from working in small enrichment groups. Workshops and retreats are designed to provide guests with an ideal environment for creating art while enjoying themselves to the fullest. The south of France and Italy were selected for their chateaux and estates, fantastic weather, sensational scenery, the rich tapestry of historical towns and villages, and the cuisine and wines! In Scotland we stay in the heart of Outlander country in the kingdom of Fife and in the Angus region.

The life of the working artist can be solitary, confined to a lonely studio and Workshops in France was conceived to fill this void. We have a decade of experience organizing art retreats abroad, creating a highly enriching experience that provides lasting memories and lifelong friendships.
