We want to ensure that you're completely ready to go when Watercolor Live starts.
Take this simple four step test to make sure that your devices are ready to handle a live stream and eliminate some of the guess-work of getting tuned in.
Step One
Let's make sure you're able to login.
- Remember, you won't be able to login unless you registered for an account using the same email address that you used to purchase your ticket. If you've already created an account, click here to login.

Once you've created your account and logged in, you can bookmark the URL -this is where you will be viewing Watercolor Live!
Step Two
Let's make sure you're able to see and hear our video stream.
Here is a test stream for you to try:
- Remember to make sure your sound is on and your speakers/headset is not muted.

Our stream looks and sounds the best when your device is close to your wireless router, and when no one else in your home is watching streaming video simultaneously.
- Our stream is best experienced with the latest version of Chrome as your browser. Click here to download the latest version of Chrome.
Step Three
Let's get you signed into the chat so you can message other artists and ask the presenters questions.

Participants will have the option to create a chat account in our chat system, which allows them to set their own personalized profile image.

Images must be smaller than 2MB in size.

Step Four
Let's make sure you're able to interact with us on camera if you want to. OPTIONAL - Not Required
- Participants will have the option to interact on camera during some segments of the event. We'll be using a platform called Zoom to make this happen.
- Zoom works best when you're using the latest version of Chrome. Click here to download the latest version of Chrome.

If you don't have Zoom installed on your device, you can install the latest version of Zoom here.
Step Five
Finally, let's make sure your connection speed is optimal.
- Click go on the connection test below to check your connection speed.

If your Download speed is at-least 50mbps, and your Upload speed is at-least 20mbps, your connection is ready for the event.

If your connection speeds fall below these levels, you may experience a degraded video stream, Zoom connection issues, or be unable to watch live at all.
